FinPilot + QuickBooks: every company in one view

QuickBooks keeps each company's books accurate. FinPilot puts all of them on one screen — outstanding invoices, overdue balances and cash position across every company you run, without signing in and out of each one.

Changes you make in FinPilot land in QuickBooks straight away, so you are working on your books rather than on a copy of them.

Why connect FinPilot to QuickBooks

Every company in one place

Connect as many QuickBooks companies as you run. Each stays completely separate, and you switch between them without signing in and out — or mix them with Xero companies in the same workspace.

Create and edit, not just read

Invoices, bills, expenses, estimates, payments, customers, vendors, accounts, products and payment methods are all editable in FinPilot. QuickBooks stays the system of record for every one of them.

Answers without a spreadsheet

Outstanding, overdue and paid totals across every connected company, grouped by currency rather than added together into a number that means nothing.

Access you control

Role-based permissions down to individual actions, so a bookkeeper sees the ledger and not your team settings. FinPilot never sees your Intuit password and never deletes anything in QuickBooks.

What FinPilot does

Multi-company by design

Built for people running more than one set of books. Every record is scoped to the company it belongs to, so nothing bleeds between them.

The whole payables and receivables picture

Invoices, estimates, credit notes, sales receipts and customer payments alongside bills, expenses, purchase orders, vendor credits and vendor payments.

Current without being asked

A scheduled sync keeps everything in step, and you can sync on demand whenever you want to be certain.

Connect QuickBooks in 3 steps

  1. 1

    Create your FinPilot account

Sign up and set up your organisation. It takes a couple of minutes and needs no card.

  2. 2

    Go to Settings → Connections

Choose QuickBooks from the connect menu. You are taken to Intuit to approve access — FinPilot never asks for your QuickBooks password.

  3. 3

    Approve, and the sync starts

One approval connects the company you are signed in to. Repeat the step for each additional company you want in FinPilot.

Your QuickBooks data is read-only in FinPilot until you choose to make a change
